Over five years ago, we got unknown bill for ATT land phone event it was showing nearly five hours phone call but we did not make the phone call.

Usually we have Interent and use emails, and we now we can chat and use video chatting, it is quiet nonsense the bill shows up for this land line deal, without this bill total is usually less than $40 for this one line and I suspect something what data changes for our bills twice in recent 7 years, the year we did for not have a tenant yet, we have another unit attached to our home, but he used a different own line of course, never had the issue like that.

At least, while he was here, no such a problem on ATT bill had happened, it is good.

Now we have a new tenant and asking her in case, what number she has for her own renting unit, but we asked her last night, so we don't get an answer yet.

Our place however I suspect wire issue, not only this phone.

So other electric products were damaged in past two years strangely, and fire alarm was making sounds recent three years without smokes, and one digital phone and this land phone were out of service once, when the digital phone line service had been often destructed and out of service for years, but recently ours are good. ATT land line, once the technician came to fix that two years ago then.

My husband pays for each line of ATT service and paying totally three or hour ATT bills every month, I feel like only one land line deal to be used by a wrong person or hackers to put unknown bill in recent 7 to 8 years but it had ever happened before, feeling not well.

Last year sometime between Feb to March, one unknown phone call history was on my cell phone.

I have some wireless phone and one was a cell phone deal of ATT.

In fact, the call a second Showing on the history was, I did not make the phone call.

And it was a tenant phone number we usually use iPad or iPhone chat to talk when we needed, it was meaningless data change was made by some body else I guess.

In fact, at that time last year, Japanese web media was stupidely putting about some actress and a singer's scandal, so called Line scandal they made each other but it was simply hacked to be revealed or they planned to do so because they wanted to show how much the chats are hacked and or retrieved all datas. Though, so what? why my cell phone history was changed but actually I called the day before but not at 11pm the day.

Recent years my origin Japan, some of them have strange try to change the data often, they think they can do this and they won't be charged at a criminal court ever, but I don't think so.

I saw some of them change my datas at IT companies, at least two famous US IT companies and one a small office but all not Japannese companies in BayArea, I say they are crazy enough to do so, and mostly or all came in after 2008, they don't know how the charge is tough from changing data like that.

So I suspect they may scheme us with unknown phone calls or they may have a network to do so, or they use strangely even state work etc. so our Calfironmia Franchize taxes is asking fine about $140 but the reason of the penalty is nonsense, they ignore the right explanations recent years, it is very bad Califnrnia scheme is going on recently. The data change or the added and asked fine is nonsense, not violating anything, and those people try illegal nonsense to only ask money recent two years, they simply aim money to scheme, even using any companies and state positons.

Another topic somebody posted, it seems to be elder and Hispanic are confused and my husband is PH.D. Degree holder and he speaks Spanish and elder though, we are not alone at home.

Lawyers and home helpers all are eye witnesses often and we have a tenant too.

So, the scammers's idea they might be coming from Tokyo like Asian cities and they are isolated in a cell like room, they think they can scheme isolated elders and particular different language users in BayArea or USA but in fact, USA elders are not isolated as same as they assume as Japanese elders in Japan, then all crimes are revealed on the forums we can file to FTC as known bill too, much more sophisticated here USA though, scammers are criminal they don't know the real world and societies are, but what is really going on.

I don't get why clarifier hires visa workers and students when they don't do right as usual at the work place, they enjoy to destroy the data and change the data because it is hardly well recognized when they indivually change the small details but they did often then it is revealing that in two years.

japan has a scheme they wor for cities and IT they often steal privacies and change the bill and it would not reveal until the amount turned to be over millions, the Japanese inspections are stupidly on the scammers side, and when it is broadcasted it only shows one or a few indivual name but I am sure the PD conncted to particular policies they scheme that, they use individual names to go on the news show but they are part of role, sure enough.

When I note what I assumed but I used the words I could see through thier minds inside, but those some Japanese politicians I tell you, they feel like they were hacked or tapped.

But they are not really recognizing their enner side thoughts were really assumed.

They are confused by the assumed thoughts in public but they feel like they were read their own conversations rather than they were assumed.

People assume when the strange destructions had happened who did this how they did this, when they did this, so the stories are showing up in public but if doing right, they could deny or give us a right explanation what they did what they did not.

One reason dishonest and they thought they could have a priority to watch over individuals but no such a priority right ever they had.
