For this playthrough, you will need to do the opposite of what you did on the first playthrough! This means either killing or flipping the informants and bosses, whichever is still needed. Additionally, you will need to interact with your underbosses differently than the previous run, a quick review of this is outlined under Option 1 and Option 2.
Reminder: To flip the racket boss, you will need to acquire TL-49 Fuses (48 in total) and wiretap the junction boxes that relates to the boss location prior to confronting them.

Hopefully you have earned all the non-story related achievements on the first run, so this one can be laser-focused on completing the story objectives as quickly as possible to limit your time required on this playthrough. The story walkthrough below only highlights a few key tasks for achievement tracking purposes only. You should already be familiar with the story and its completion requirements, so I have reduced the previous story pages down to the barebones for a quick outline of the highlights in the section below. There is no new content in the below section, I have simply deleted 75% of the content to make it easier to follow.
Option 1
Assign districts equally, each underboss getting control of three in total. Be sure to plan ahead by assigning both rackets to the intended district manager, otherwise you risk angering the person who lost control of a racket. Since each will control three districts, you can also complete each of the underboss' five part agenda mission as well, earning those respective achievements. Completing the agenda missions should be enough to earn the loyalty all three underbosses and the prized Family achievement, but you may have to complete a few trafficking missions for each boss as well. *My progress was corrupted so I didn't actually earn this achievement, so I am not 100% sure that the trafficking missions are needed to obtain Family.

Option 2
Decide on one underboss that you want to stick with until the end, and assign all districts to them. Whomever you chose, will not be getting assigned rackets ahead of time. Instead, be sure to assign a racket to each of the non-chosen underbosses. These two will then become increasingly upset by the loss of influence when handing over the district, which subsequently reassigns all associated rackets, to your chosen underboss. Eventually, both undesired underbosses will turn hostile, and begin to retaliate against your management style. You will then need to kill the two dissenters, before assigning the last district to the only remaining underboss to complete the achievement requirements. As an added bonus, putting all your eggs in one basket will maximize that underbosses earn and reward you with a larger individual kickback. Since you earn 2% of the underboss' total earn in kickback, once their total earn exceeds $500,000 you can go pick up your cut of $10,000 or more for another achievement.
